We provide a free shipping service, and a free returns service at shoeFashionista.com for UK customers – This means if you are not happy with your order, you can return it back to us within 14 days after receiving it free of charge and we will either offer you an exchange, or a full refund – whichever you request.

Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging, and always include order information and contact details inside the parcel.
