Shipping

For UK deliveries purchase will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked service which can take 2-4 working days, unless you order using Express delivery which is a 1-2 day service.

International Items are sent using tracked shipping to Western Europe, and United States. For all other destinations, we use a priority airmail shipping service.

We aim to post the goods within 1 working day of payment having been cleared. We will keep you informed via e-mail when we despatch your purchase. If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected it will eventually be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.  Royal Mail Tracked: provides you with four points of tracking throughout the delivery.

Please note that if the Express Next Day delivery option is chosen, this is non-refundable should you return the item to us.
